Our 1-Year Warranty
Every pair is made to last. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we’ll make it right.
What’s covered
For 1 year from delivery, we cover defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Stitching that comes loose or unravels

The sole separating from the upper

Flaws in the leather present at delivery

Horsebit hardware that breaks, bends or detaches under normal use
What’s not covered
-
Normal wear, including creasing, scuffs, and sole and heel wear

Gradual wear to the horsebit finish over time
-
Damage from water, salt, heat or improper care
-
Accidents, misuse, or damage from pets
-
Repairs, resoling or alterations done by someone other than Verstyle
-
Lost horsebits. Replacement pairs are available for $25 a pair.
How we make it right
If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace your pair with the same or an equivalent style. If neither is possible, we’ll refund what you paid for the shoes. We cover shipping on all approved claims.
