What a Reservation Is
A Founder Reservation is a $1 payment that makes you a Founding Member of Verstyle. It gives you access to Founding Member pricing when preorders open. It isn't a purchase, and it doesn't place an order or hold a size.

What You Get
• A personal code to order the Loafer with 3 horsebit pairs at $199, instead of the $249 standard retail price.
• Your code by email before preorders open.
• Updates as the Loafer comes together.

Key Dates
Reservations Close: October 19 at 7 PM CT, or when all 200 spots are filled
Codes Sent: Before October 20
Preorders Open: October 20 at 7 PM CT
Preorders close: November 3 at 7 PM CT at the earliest, and once 140 preorders are reached.

​Using Your Code
• Your code is valid for one pair during the preorder window, from October 20 at 7 PM CT until preorders close.
• Codes are personal and can't be transferred or combined with other offers.
• After preorders close, unused codes expire and Founding Member pricing is no longer available.

The $1 Reservation Fee
The $1 reservation fee is non-refundable and isn't credited toward your purchase. By completing your reservation, you agree that this payment won't be returned under any circumstances, including if the preorder program is changed, delayed or cancelled.

Preorders and Production
We only make what's been ordered. Preorders stay open for at least two weeks, and production begins once we reach 140 preorders. It's how we avoid overproduction and waste, so every pair made has an owner.

When the two weeks are up
• 140 or more preorders: preorders close and production begins.
• Fewer than 140 preorders: preorders stay open, and production doesn't begin until we reach 140.

We'll email you updates on our progress. You can cancel for a full refund, including shipping and tax, any time before preorders close. If the program is cancelled, every preorder is fully refunded. The $1 reservation fee isn't refunded.

Once production begins, we'll email your estimated ship date.​

Changes to the Program
Verstyle LLC reserves the right to modify, delay or cancel the reservation and preorder program. We'll email all Founding Members about any changes.
