Founding Circle Reservations

The $1 Founding Circle reservation fee is non-refundable. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that this payment will not be returned under any circumstances.

Your reservation secures access to exclusive pricing at the time of the official preorder launch. It does not constitute a purchase, and it does not guarantee product delivery. Verstyle LLC reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the preorder program. In the event the program is cancelled, reservation fees will not be refunded.

Preorders Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel your preorder for a full refund, including shipping and tax, any time before preorders close. We'll email you when they do. Production begins once we reach 140 preorders, after the two-week preorder window. If the preorder program is cancelled, every preorder is fully refunded. The $1 reservation fee isn't refunded. Once preorders close, orders can't be cancelled. After delivery, the returns policy below applies.

Returns and Refunds

If the Loafer isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return.

Eligibility
• Your return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The pair is unworn and has never been worn outside.
• The pair is in perfect condition, with no creasing, scratches, scuffs, marks on the soles, rips or odors.
• Your return is complete: the Loafer, all three horsebit pairs, the horsebit boxes, the shoe box and any included accessories.

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@verstylefashion.com with your order number, or scan the QR code on the card in your box.

2. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 2 business days. A $15 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
3. Ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. We'll inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it.
5. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

What's Refunded

You'll receive the price you paid for the Loafer, plus the sales tax paid on it, less the $15 return shipping fee. Original shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If a Return Doesn't Pass Inspection
We'll email you photos and explain what we found. No refund is issued, and we can ship the pair back to you at your cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or in the wrong size, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email support@verstylefashion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a prepaid label and a replacement. This doesn't count as your free exchange.
